First time on board
Going sailing for the first time? No problem, you don’t need previous experience. Here’s your first-timer’s checklist.
Make sure to pack a hat that will shade your face from the sun. If possible, choose one that has a cord that fits under the chin to prevent it from blowing off. You’ll also want to have a durable pair of sunglasses on hand with UV protection to protect your eyes from the sun. Of course, pack the sunscreen.
Going barefoot is considered the best way to navigate the deck as you sail, but not in case the deck gets wet. It is best to put on a pair of sneakers (preferably those with a white bottom) to protect your feet.
We will stop for a swim so you will need a swimsuit and a towel.
And last. we have a guitar on board, but maybe you’d like something more specific. Don’t forget to bring your music with you.
Important info about our cruises
We offer cruises with regard to the weather conditions and we keep the right to cancel them in case of really bad weather. In this case, your payment will be refunded.
Depending on the weather, we will agree on the best sailing route. That means if the wind is too strong (with bigger waves), we will choose a different, more quiet route with a calm bay for swimming. It is important to us that the cruise becomes memorable, but also enjoyable. Your safety is of utmost importance.
In the case of a private tour, a more personalized route can be arranged. We will agree on the route, the number of stops, and the lunch location upon your wishes.
Please come at the end of the main city dock 10 minutes before the planned departure. Thank you!
